‘Lodha vs Lodha’: Macortech moves court to retrain HoABL from using trademark

Real estate firm Macrotech Developers, led by Abhishek Lodha, has approached the Bombay High Court to prevent the company ‘House of Abhinandan Lodha’ from using the Lodha name, citing trademark rights. The dispute arose from a family agreement that was terminated due to non-compliance, nullifying previous permissions. The court hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
